The Role
As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront in identifying, building, and optimising product solutions that help us grow the Home Services business to support our ambitious mission.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Operations and the Chief Commercial Officer, the role will be focused on delivering the next phase of growth to realise the company strategy and vision. You will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, finance, legal and business intelligence to develop the roadmap, execute it and launch exciting new products that put customers needs at the centre. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of home cover products, from ideation and launch to scaling and optimisation, serving as their ultimate advocate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Product Strategies: Enhance user acquisition, conversion, and retention through commercial and partnership initiatives.
- Align Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to shape the future direction of the business.
- Prioritise Roadmap: Drive planning to focus the team on high-impact work aligned with business goals.
- Lead Discovery Processes: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and business intelligence teams to execute product launches and optimise performance.
- Leverage Data Analytics: Use experimentation and data to measure success, iterate, and improve product features and partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
- Product Management Experience: 2-4 years in B2C, e-commerce, fintech, marketplace, or SaaS environments.
- Proven Track Record: Successfully launched customer-facing products from zero to one with design and engineering teams.
- Data-Informed Decision-Making: Balance long-term vision with short-term execution using analytics and insights.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders for optimal solutions.
- Customer Empathy: Understand user needs and transform them into innovative products.
- Systems Thinking: Spot process and technology improvements, challenge the status quo, and ask insightful questions.
- Passionate and Mission-Driven: Enthusiastic about the company’s ambitious goals.
- Growth Focus (Bonus): Experience with growth initiatives, performance marketing, or revenue optimisation is a plus.

- Initial Call: Start with an introductory call with our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to discuss the role and your potential fit. (30 mins)
- Skills-Based Interview: Engage in a detailed discussion about your past experiences with our Head of Product (45 mins)
- Commercial/Values Interview: A Intro to Commercial and Values Based Interview with our Partnerships Manager (45 mins)
- Task Interview: Present a task to panelists in our London Office (1.5 hours)
- Final Interview: A final interview with Hometrees Chief Commercial Officer. (30 minutes)
